We can be contacted via phone or email to help answer any questions regarding your hosting account or server related issues. We also offer support for 3rd party installations, coding, programming and site creation or design of any type for an additional cost.

WILL YOU INSTALL WORDPRESS?

We install WordPress on every hosting account by default.

WILL YOU BACK UP MY SITE?

We do offer complimentary backups for our customers that run each week. These backups are not guaranteed in any way.

We highly recommend all Borealis Computing hosting customers create and manage their own backups.

The best option is to create your own weekly backups and store them locally on your home machine or burn them to disk.

AM I LOCKED INTO ANY CONTRACTS?

You do not have a required term commitment with us. We will offer a prorated refund for any unused services if you cancel within the first 30 days of opening your account.

CAN YOU HOST MY EMAILS?

We do offer email hosting for an additional cost.

WILL IT WORK ON MY PHONE?

Yes, it does. Everything on your account works on our servers, so it doesn’t matter what your personal phone or computer uses.

HOW MANY VISITORS CAN I HAVE?

Our personal plan is designed for 100K monthly visitors, our enterprise plan is designed for 250K monthly visitors and our business plan is designed for 500K monthly visitors. Please contact us for more information about plans designed to host over 1 million monthly visitors.
